Openpatho® offers a range of solutions for academic researchers, pharma and contract research organisations.
- Slide scanning and storage: We provide a cheap and fast slide scanning cloud-based storage service using the Hammamatsu S-360 scanner. Our Openpatho® platform also offers a secure storage facility for proprietary curated datasets of our clients.
- Annotation of whole slide images (WSI): Accurate labelling of WSI’s is a crucial step in the development of machine learning tools. For organisations who wish to develop their own image-based machine learning tools we provide a fast, cost-effective and accurate slide annotation service. This is delivered under the direction of expert histopathologists who are listed on the specialist register at the General Medical Council (UK). This service is applicable to traditional histology stains, immunohistochemistry and in-situ hybridisation (FISH and CISH).
- Research consultancy: We complement our WSI annotation service with a research support service lead by our expert academic histopathologists and biomedical statisticians where necessary in order to optimise the final output.
